At Estrella we want your spa experience to be carefree and enjoyable. We have developed these policies to make your visit as relaxing as possible.

Tipping

We have a no tipping policy because we want you to know exactly how much your service will cost when you book your treatment. No more confusion and disruption of your relaxation when you are checking out.

Returns

Sealed merchandise must remain sealed for store credit within seven days of purchase. Cosmetics and unsealed beauty products are final sale.

Quiet

We ask that you speak in a quiet voice during your visit so that other guests can enjoy their time at the spa. Please refrain from cell phone use during your visit.

Communication

At your first visit you will fill out a new client intake form. We ask that you answer all of the questions honestly and thoroughly so that we can provide you with a safe treatment. If you have changes in your health (medications, treatments, surgery, pregnancy, medical conditions) between visits please notify your therapist so that adjustments can be made. We would also like to know if you have preferences that would make you more comfortable during your visit.

Time

We ask that you arrive on time for your service and we do our best to stay on our schedule. If your treatment is delayed because we are late getting to you, you will still receive your full treatment time. If you are late getting to us we will end the treatment at the appointed time so that we can accommodate our other guests.

Payment

Estrella accepts cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. Sales tax will be added where applicable.

Synthetic Fragrance

At Estrella we work with many people with health concerns including allergies and environmental sensitivities who may have a reaction to synthetic fragrances. On the day of your visit with us we ask that you refrain from using synthetic fragrances as much as you possibly can so that people with sensitivities are not uncomfortable. We don’t sell or use anything with synthetic fragrance at the spa so if you are looking for alternatives you have come to the right place!

Cancellation

We ask that you give us 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time or you do not make it for your scheduled time you may be charged for your reserved time. We respect your time and hope you will respect our time as well.
